Maggie Cottier
BSc (Hons) Pure Maths and Computer Science
AAT Accountant, ECDL Advanced
PGCE, Senior Associate Member of the Institute of IT Training, Member of BCS
Maggie began her working life as an accountant, and ventured into IT software training following a number of years working on computer audits.
After teaching maths and IT at Newcastle College she realised that there was a gap in the market for trainers who were able to visit businesses or home users "as and when required". The rest, as they say, is history.

Gill Carnell
BSc (Hons) Maths and Statistics
PGCE, ECDL Advanced, member of the British Computer Society
Gill has extensive experience in teaching adults in subjects including literacy, numeracy, IT and English for Speakers of other Languages (ESOL).
Gill teaches IT software up to advanced level and particularly enjoys teaching MS Excel.
Along with her work for MSC, Gill teaches Mathematics to 'A' Level Standard.

Andrea Hayes
HND Chemistry

Andrea brings a vast amount of experience and knowledge with her to MSC, having worked with both Learning First and on the BBC Blue Bus as an IT trainer.
Alongside her work with MSC, Andrea is an active member of her local community and also works part-time as Teaching Support in St. Teresa's Primary School.
